The Wilbur and Betty Phelps Scholarship

Award to engineering majors; in any year, or even be delayed for a subsequent class if there isn’t at least 1 student eligible in a given year. Recipients shall be selected based on a combination of need, academic performance and potential (as defined by members of the scholarship committee). Preference will be given to support students working toward a dual degree with University of Delaware, but if no students are eligible, then Lincoln’s engineering science degree would suffice.
